Affiliated Financial Corporation (AFC) is a sales finance company incorporated under the laws of Florida in 1995 engaged in purchasing, securitizing and servicing retail automobile installment sales contracts originated by franchised and select independent dealers ("Dealers") in approximately 40 states. Our automobile lending programs are designed to serve borrowers with limited credit histories, modest incomes or those who have experienced prior credit difficulties, otherwise known as non-prime borrowers. Through our Loan purchases, we provide indirect financing to consumers with limited financial resources or past credit problems. We serve as a source of financing for Dealers, allowing them to sell automobiles to customers who otherwise may not qualify under underwriting criteria required by more traditional sources such as commercial banks. We are headquartered in Hollywood, FL where we service more than 4000 dealerships.
